How do you differ from other car rental companies based in Kuala Lumpur?

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation must be informed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the booking date or booking deposit will be forfeited. 'No-show’ bookings will effectively forfeit the deposit.
What does the car rental rate include?
Rates generally include 250 kilometers of distance per day. Our rates are subject to 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) with effect from 1 April 2015.
Why is there Repositioning Fee?
There is NO repositioning Fee for all chauffeured cars within the Klang Valley.
Must I refill the petrol tank?
All cars are filled to with a full tank of premium grade petrol before the start of the booking period. There is no need to refill the tank at the end of the booking period for all chauffeured cars.
I don’t want to wait at Tolls, do the cars come with Smart Tag?
All cars are equipped with a Smart Tag unit with a minimum balance of RM30.00.
Can I drop off the car earlier than it is stated on my reservation? Do I get a refund for unused days?
You can return the vehicle earlier than was reserved and any unused days will be refunded at 50% of the agreed daily rate, save for rentals under Special Package and/or promotion where no refund will be accorded as the rentals under any package or promotion is at a discounted rate.
How should I pay for the rental/hire?
All rental payments can be paid via cash directly to the chauffeur or through bank transfer in advance before commencement of the rental period. The rental rate for the period is payable upon arrival of the car or start of the booking period.
What if I receive a parking ticket/summonses?
All summons, parking and traffic violations will be the responsibility of Luxury Car Rentals Kuala Lumpur for all chauffeured cars.
What happens if the car is stolen or in an accident?
Luxury Car Rentals, Kuala Lumpur will endeavor to organise a replacement car (depending on availability*) if there is at least 5 hours remaining in the booking period. Otherwise, a prorated refund will be reimbursed to the client based on remaining time left in the booking.

Can I request for a car that is not available on the website?
Yes. Given that we have been allowed a sufficient amount of notice, we would be able to source and provide you with your desired selection*.
